One musician. Two iconic roles. Dublin-born Roy Murray brings extraordinary versatility to The U2Xperience, performing as both Larry Mullen Jr. behind the drums and Bono at center stage. Taking the lead vocals for roughly half of U2X’s shows, Roy moves between the rhythmic foundation and the frontman’s spotlight—a remarkable combination of musicianship, vocal talent, and stage presence.

A music industry professional for more than 35 years, Roy spent 12 years touring with a leading U2 tribute band, performing for thousands of fans in Japan, France, Canada, the Caribbean, and throughout the United States. He also appeared as Larry Mullen Jr. on AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands. Whether driving the music from the drum kit or delivering its soaring melodies as Bono, Roy brings a deep understanding of U2’s sound and spirit to every performance. His ability to inhabit both roles makes him an exceptional part of the U2X experience.

A lover of U2 from his first listen back in the 80’s, Carl has worked his entire musical career to perfect the sound of the Edge’s guitar and vocals. He studied music theory at the University of Massachusetts where he played the bar and fraternity circuit and then went on to the NYC music scene to do club and studio work. In SoCal, he’s played the cover band circuit for over 15 years and has performed all over the US and internationally as the Edge for the past 11 years. He was featured on Mark Cuban’s AXS TV Show, “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands.” He is as close as you can get to having The Edge in front of you with  “magical” guitar sounds, awesome energy, and superb vocal harmonies.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Sammy's been creating music since eleven years of age...and has never looked back.

Sammy has been recording, performing, and touring with the group Echo Love Chamber since 1995. 

Since 2013, Sammy has been working in the tribute band market, performing at major venues, casinos, festivals and fairs throughout the country. As a member of the Billy Idol tribute act Generation Idol, he was featured nationally on AXS TV's 'World's Greatest Tribute Bands'.

Recently, Sammy has joined forces with singer-songwriter John McCloy to work on his original project. Their eight studio CDs have been played on radio stations throughout the country. 

He continues to work in sessions and shows for numerous cover and tribute acts throughout Southern California. 

Michael is a veteran drummer of The Hollywood club circuit. Beginning his career as a high schooler, Michael was playing clubs he otherwise wouldn't have been old enough to enter. As a member of Act Of Faith, Michael was seen performing on the show Melrose Place, and heard on movie soundtracks such as Price Of Glory, Saving Silverman, and Collateral. Loving U2 & Larry Mullen jr's sound, Michael has been playing in U2 tribute bands for over 20 years, dedicating his playing and parts to the real band note for note. Yamaha Drums & Paiste cymbals were able to set him up with the exact equipment Larry Mullen jr  uses to obtain the perfect sound sonically.
